Since water dropping from the air-conditioner onto the ground dirties the paving, it can be reported in accordance with the "Waste Disposal Act", Article 27 Section 2.
People should avoid water dropping from their air-conditioners by rerouting a drainage pipeline or find other solutions. Those who do not modify the condition within seven days after being inspected will receive a fine in accordance with the new regulations announced on 1st of July 2002 by the government.
