Introduction of Permit System Permit System The basic idea is “pollution prevention” and “continuous improvement”
The original source for the Permit System is the Air Quality Management Bureau of South California, U.S. Taiwan's Environmental Protection Administration brought the Permit System into practice in 1992.
“Permit System Strategy” is measure for pollution prevention by reviewing before establishing stationary source, and continuous pollution improvement by follow-up management after the stationary source starts operation.
