Drinking Water Control:Handling Period: 6 days

The purpose of drinking water control is to ensure drinking water safety for the citizens and to protect people's health. Water Quality Protection and Vector Control Division manages the improvement of drinking water source quality, drinking water quality and drinking water treatment facility management.  In addition, tap water suppliers are supervised. Drinking water facility managers and owners  need to be diligent in water quality maintenance; besides fulfilling standards, they also need to register, to report and to keep their drinking water facility well-maintained.
