During the process of the petition, if I receive a reminder which states that I have to pay the fine within 10 days, do I have to pay the fine first, or can I wait for the outcome of the petition?
If you receive a reminder during the petition, you still have to pay the fine. After the Administrative Appeals Commission has concluded the petition in your favor and decided to quash the punishment, we will reimburse you for the fines.
