How do you deal with the construction noise generated by the Mass Rapid Transit system ?
The noise within noise control zones may not exceed noise control standards for construction sites. When the noise is inspected by the Environmental inspector of Environmental Inspection Division, Department of Environmental Protection, and exceeds noise control standards, the inspector will notify the constructer to make improvements within a limited time period. Additional fines will be imposed if failures to comply occur, additional notices of improvement will be issued along with extra time to improve.
