We mix active carbon and slake lime mud, and spray the mixture in exhaust smoke, to adsorb dioxin in the combustion waste gas. According to Waste Incinerator Dioxin Control and Emission Standard and relevant literatures, we set operation parameters: temperature of incinerator is 850~1050℃; the gas retention time in the incinerator is longer than 2 sec; CO concentration at the exit of smoke exhaust is lower than 35ppm (O2 10%, the annual average CO concentration is always lower than 5ppm); oxygen concentration in exhaust is 6%~10%; inlet waste gas temperature of bag filter dust collector is 150±5℃; to make sure that the dioxin emission concentration fulfills regulation standards.
