As to promote sustainable development in cities, Tokyo Metropolitan Government has invited 22 cities included Paris, Copenhagen etc. to participate in Tokyo Forum For Clean City & Clear Sky on May 22 - 23, 2018. The Taipei City DEP Commissioner Ming-Lone LIOU is invited to sign the Tokyo Declaration and gives a lecture on the topic of Plastic Bag Reduction in Taipei City. In addition, the waste management and air pollution control are discussed, making this Forum a successful dialogue and encouraging exchange of ideas between cities leaders.
